Summary
Techno quickly gave up his search. He sat back down on the bed, leaning against the wall, one leg bent, arm resting on his knee.
"Oh," he called out. "Dream."
"Hm?"
"Is this your new home?"
He didn't even look at Dream as he said it. There was a touch of resignation in his voice—not real anger, but not exactly pleased either. After all, who would want to be locked up with their rival?
Dream opened his mouth, then closed it again.
OR：Dream was locked up in a room and asked to complete certain 10 tasks with his partner. Surprisingly, he saw someone who was supposed to be dead 6 months ago.

MAFIA FIC!!!
Dream ran as he pushed past people, not caring if they fell or stumbled. The brown haired man was shouting to the blonde kid who was too frightened to move. Dream broke through the gasping crowd, who for some reason weren’t rushing to help the kid, cowards. Dream leapt in the air before he could think as he wrapped an arm around his waist and an arm shielding his head.
Noise….Yelling..a name?.....Tires…screeching…honks..more yelling….
A voice. Was that… dad? Oh- nevermind, it’s the brunette man. Just Dream being dramatic and thinking he died. The brunette man was saying something… but what?
Dream couldn’t hear him.
“alright-help….concious ....ambulance!”
At that word Dream snapped his eyes open. No way in hell was he going to a hospital! The bills would make him work his whole life to pay the hospital debt.
“No..” A slurred noise. His own.

If someone had broken Techno’s window, he might’ve forgiven them, provided they had a good reason.
If someone had hijacked his house, he probably would’ve stabbed them.
If that same somebody had decided that his mattress was going to become their deathbed, sure, why not? Who was he, in the infinite whims of the universe, to stop them from bleeding out all over his floorboards?
…but of all the ungodly hours, why did it have to be 2am?
or; dream breaks into techno’s house and now techno has to deal with an emotionally unstable injured necromancer with a little too many people out hunting for his head
