Authentic, Louisianan cajun-style cuisine with the freshest fish around. But after a year of living off his “sabbatical” checks with his only source of income off a couple regulars, Will’s Big Fish is going under.

    So Beverly decides to help a friend out. She takes Will across the state in search of new ideas, and guess which rave-reviewed Michelin 2-star Italian establishment happens to be at the top of her roster? Pensierino, owned by world-renowned chef and practitioner: Dr. Hannibal Lecter.

    Will ends up choking on a shrimp, Hannibal has to do the heimlich: hell of a first meeting, wouldn’t you say? But oh, it just gets better. Or worse.
