    Angel's job is usually pretty predictable. He can normally expect his days to be pretty wretched with the only thing getting him through the day is the thought of returning home to where everyone he cares about lives, save for Cherri (but she's slowly been coming around to redemption).

    However one of Val's overlord dealings leaves Angel with a new aspect to the job...sorta....but he doesn't mind it! If anything, this is much better than his normal and he'd take it any day.

    What he didn't expect was work following him home in the most unexpected way that leaves Angel thirsty for more....and he's not the only one.

    Angel groans, sliding a set of hands down his face in a desperate attempt to wipe away his frustration. “Alright, Charlie, spill. You found the edibles, didn’t you?”

    Charlie sags, losing her composure as quick as a balloon losing air. “…yes. Well, no. Kinda.”

    “…kinda?!” Angel and Cherri ask in unison.

    “I didn’t find your edibles. Um…Husk and Niffty did. And we sorrrta have a problem.”

     

    When Husk ends up accidentally high, Angel Dust and Cherri are tasked with keeping an eye on him. Angel figures whatever, it’s what friends do, right? This won’t change their dynamic, no, certainly not.

    (Too bad Husk is charming even as a drugged mess.)

    Then the bartender, Husk, appeared with a stocked bar and Angel had never seen anything better in his life(death). Vaggie tried to shut it down immediately of course, but Angel stopped her. This is exactly what the hotel needed, a stocked bar and a cute bartender to flirt with. Unfortunately for him, Husk didn’t seem all that interested in flirting back. Still, having a bar where he didn’t have to worry about spiked drinks was comforting.
