Summary
The TARDIS is acting up again, just in time for the Tenth Doctor to meet his favorite nemesis, Alternia's Condesce.
Meanwhile, Karkat Vantas, leader of the Signlessist rebellion and ally of Heiress Feferi Peixes, has gathered his old SGRUB team to rescue one of their own from the Condesce's grip. None of them expect to see a human on board.
The Doctor doesn't expect a handful of young trolls to throw all of time's orderly wobble into mass chaos simply because they feel like it. He also doesn't expect those trolls to recognize him as human.In which being cramped together on the SRS Cantown with the Doctor allows everyone to start sorting out their shit; all of the humans have seen and adore Doctor Who; and Karkat's fragile little world gets turned upside-down.

"It's not a story," he says. He's frustrated by his own childish petulance, but he can't seem to stop it. "I'm from the future. I know."
His sister laughs, and he glares, and then she clears her throat and stops laughing, but still has a small, indulgent smile. "Of course, A-Cheng," she says. "And what's this little boy's name?"
"Wei Ying," he says, and his sister's smile freezes. "His name is Wei Ying, and his parents are Zangse Sanren and Wei Changze, and something bad has happened to them. Wei Ying is alone in Yiling and he needs help," he insists.

Summary
Purged of all his souls, Castiel is a changed being, stronger than an angel and too powerful for Jimmy's body to contain. Happily, there's an archangel's vessel on hand, and he could use fixing, too. Dean isn't too happy about the idea of his brother acting as a vessel for Castiel, and Sam can guess why, but it isn't until Castiel gets inside his head and they learn to share the vessel -- and their thoughts -- that Sam realises Cas is as in love with Dean as Dean is with him. It's unfortunate that there's nothing much to be done about it now, but Castiel will get another vessel soon. The Winchesters will make damn sure of that. In the meantime, it's up to the three of them to establish their own strange accord, and Dean realises more fully than ever that it's Castiel, and not his vessel, that he loves.
