Alastor’s ruts were always intense. But he dealt with it. Usually. Usually violence was enough, rip apart a few dozen people and the pain would go away.
But, for some godforsaken reason, that wasn't working. Something had fundamentally changed.
Thankfully, he has two partners that are all too willing to help him in other ways.
No seriously. They were way too excited about the whole concept. It was kind of weird. He’d hold that over their heads forever though. Because they were weird. The freaks.

Vox was happy, they were figuring things out.
All that said, there were a few loose screws. Val was getting restless and Alastor was acting weird. And he’s only getting weirder.//This is mostly setup for the next fic in the series admittedly. A bit of fluff here too.

Vox starts getting a bit more comfortable with Alastor and Lucifer.
It took a bit of slightly aggressive convincing, but he was slowly starting to believe he was actually wanted here, enough to start moving in.
All well and good. Except that he has questions still lingering. Anxieties still swirling, and they’re not really getting any answers if he does nothing.
At least he can try to answer the questions he had for himself.// Getting a little more comfortable, Vox starts swapping his parts in a way that’s more comfortable for him, they have a conversation about what’s up with them.
