When he first wake up, it was all a mess in his head.
His mind was floating, floating in places that he never thought that he could remember or reach, there was a venomous pain in his body but his brain was floating in confusion and numbness.
The first that he noticed is that he had no idea who he was.Peter wakes up after a accident without a clear memory of what happened or who exactly he was.
Now he is in his favorite author's house which he finds kind strange but what bad that could do? He was only helping him.Right?
(Shameless based on the novel and movie Misery by Stephen King, but its diet version.)

He finally turned to the angel and was caught off guard by the way Aziraphale was studying him. For the second time that day, he was struck by an expression he’d never seen on the other's face before. If he didn't know better he would almost say it was fond, but there was an unmistakable undercurrent of sadness in the angel’s expressive eyes.
"You remind me so much of him sometimes." The words were barely above a whisper. "It's easy for me to forget…""Wot?" Crawly felt his brows shoot above his sunglasses. Surely the angel couldn't mean..
"Nothing." A nervous smile. “Just rambling to myself. A bad habit I’ve acquired over the years, I’m afraid." He fidgeted with his hands before lifting them both up. "Well, I do think we've spent enough time here. Our sides wouldn't like it if we dawdled." And yet, he made no move to stand.

Aziraphale awoke with a buzzing in his head. A slight pain behind his temples forced a groan out of his mouth as he sat up. He looked around and found himself on the bed in his small quarters above his shop, wearing his beloved tartan pajamas. Surprised he looked at his nightstand where he spotted two objects that usually were not there: A cup of tea, miraculously at perfect drinking temperature, and a simple note saying „Stay in bed, I‘ll be right back“. It was Crowley‘s handwriting so instinctively he thought about obeying the words since Crowley usually knew what was best in any situation. But then again, Aziraphale had trouble remembering what exactly the situation was.
