“I, uh.” Nice going Romeo, very eloquent. “I missed you too. I missed you so much. It was a… a bit longer than three days for me, but…” He could no longer quell the need to touch her again, tentatively reaching out to cup her cheek in his palm. He allowed himself a second to enjoy the feeling of her leaning into him, barely enough to feel intentional and somehow that feels even better, before he went on with a sigh. “Gods, Lila. I was so worried about you.”
A deep blush flooded her cheeks, the colour making her eyes even bluer, and Nor pulled his hand away before he could embarrass himself further. He rubbed the back of his neck again, eyes flicking above and around Lila in a deliberate attempt at trying not to look at her.
“I-I mean,” he stuttered. “We were worried about you. All of us, yeah.”

"Cove had come to the realization that he wanted to kiss Westley days ago, in this very bed, gazing at his sleeping form. When he had opened his eyes to a broad chest and muscled arms holding him tight, Cove had never felt safer. Seeing Westley’s handsome face above him, eyes closed and jaw slack, neck bent uncomfortably, had sent Cove’s heart racing."
First Time
"Cove was reserved and hesitant and incredibly easy to fluster, but he had never once shied away from how much he loved Westley. He told him constantly, in words and hugs and gifts. Every promise to see each other tomorrow, each request for help or a snack. The whine in his voice, the pout on his lips, the way he’d hum and lean in to demand a kiss."

Peace shattered, but a smile still in place, Jayce turned back to Powder. She had a pensive look on her face, the same one she got when she and Ekko were trying to solve the riddles Viktor would sometimes slip into Jayce’s lunchbag.
“Yes Powder?”
“Why did you marry Viktor?”
“Uh, well,” he started lamely, because wasn't that a loaded question. He crossed the room and came to kneel in front of Powder. He didn’t know much about her family situation, but he knew enough to put it into terms she’d relate to. “We got married for a lot of the same reasons why your dads probably did. We loved each other, and there was someone we needed to take care of, and being married helped make that process a bit smoother. That, and we wanted to take care of each other, too. That’s what marriage is; finding someone you want to love forever and doing it, just like that.”"

“Jinx?” he seemed horrified at the state of her.
The tears all rushed back, as she threw herself onto him- hanging by his shoulder with one of her arms and the other, gripping onto the clothes around his waist “Save her!”
Surprised at the sudden contact, the desperation in her voice, and the fact that he had no context as to what had just happened, he wasn’t sure what to do- so for a second, she clung onto him, shoulders shaking as she cried.
“Who?” he questioned, looking around for an answer.
There were several of them, with bodies laying on the floor left and right.
“Isha!” she cried out.
For once.. she was the one who needed saving. Where S2, E6 left off.
