    There was a reason Dream hadn't outright refused. He wanted it. He wanted to see his other self as he was, he wanted to see the Sovereign in a way that (most likely) nobody has in a long time. He's just worried that this is another test. A trust fall that ends with a stab in the back. But, he believes in the Sovereign to not use a trick like this. Call him touch starved and overdramatic, but it's not like he could have a moment of peace in this place where he could relieve himself. And god, who else but him would know how to hit the perfect spots?

    ATOL but c!Dream actually does the thing in the bedroom scene :3
