The figure that stepped out of the shadows was the opposite of her own graceful silhouette. The Hex Knight, clad in his bulky armor, every glowing line of hextech etched into it making him look like a walking beacon. He was as unyielding as the city itself, his broad shoulders squared, his posture exuding authority and judgment.
“I’m not here to impress you,” he said, his voice low and controlled, though the irritation behind it was unmistakable.
