"We've had a 'Honmoon is sealed' contingency plan for years now. Remember, we're doing this because we love you, Rumi," Mira stated.
"We're going to take work away from you for three days while you... adjust," Zoey added.
Rumi's heart started to race.
There were so many bleeding wounds to cauterize. Three days was such a long time.
Sealing the Honmoon should have been the happiest day of Rumi's life -- and it was. Rumi was supposed be happy about it afterwards, too.

Zoey splashed water on her face in the mirror, braces catching the light. She smiled until she felt it tingle in her cheeks. The letter remained neatly folded in her pocket, ready to be graced with Mira's gorgeous mahogany eyes.
