Summary
The HSPC operated on a "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. In other words, they didn't care if you were straight, gay, bi queer, trans or anywhere else on the LGBT spectrum - so long as they didn't know about it. Japan, as we all know, is rather discriminatory to those deemed 'unnatural'.
Not even heroes are spared from the prejudice.
Midoriya Izuku has had enough, having been bullied, tormented and discriminated against for his whole life, for things he can't control.
Maybe it's time to change that.

Ruby Redfort was smart, she knew that, but she was used to being brushed off as 'just another kid'. Now though, a spy agency needed her, in order to find out what would happen in the future. Maybe they'd listen to her now, and take her seriously.
Meanwhile, LB and the Spectrum agents were loosing their collective minds, babysitting a teen who didn't seem to understand how serious everything that is going to happen is, and gaining grey bairs from the stress. Fun! Not.
