Exceptionally well written! Not "merely" as erotica, this piece has everything a scene like this should include: an interesting (but not overwhelming) backdrop, fantastically-sketched main characters, great pacing and vivid detail. All this to frame the author's creative idea makes a superb little story.
Icing on this utterly delicious slice of designer erotica cake is how beautifully true to character this reads (as it's based on characters taken from another source, not orig. char) -and with perfect, exquisite detail. One can perfectly envision the frustrated Integra pinching the bridge of her nose over Alucard's latest antics, her sardonic humor. You can hear the smarmy "yes, Master" as Alucard kneels at her feet, crowding her space with a cheeky grin. You're in Integra's headspace with her, her determination to remain noble and in command, despite frustration, no matter how much Alucard pushes her, even as she comes.
I help other writers sometimes, and this is a piece I will point them to as an example of what a good short "one-shot/slash" should be.

Four months after his best friend and unrequited crush apparently committed suicide in front of him, John’s life has been turned upside down again by a voicemail from Sherlock in the US, saying he is covertly tracking down the remains of Moriarty’s network, and asking John to join him.
Two days on, John is on his way to meet Sherlock in Malta. Everything seems to have changed between them: not only is Sherlock being overtly affectionate in his texts, but he quite explicitly wants sex. But there’s just one problem (apart from the small matter of the international assassins etc): Sherlock’s behaviour is getting steadily stranger, even by his standards.
