Harry’s hands shook as he drove, his eyes glancing back every now and then at the black 1967 Chevrolet Impala that followed him. It would have been easier to apparate and handle the situation, but this Winchester guy's brother was captured with Teddy as well.
Magic would have to wait until it was extremely necessary, it wouldn't do for hunters to be on their trail, even if Harry could Obliviate them.
