    Almost one year after the conclusion of the Paranormal Liberation War, Ochako Uraraka is haunted by Himiko Toga’s death and trying to honour her sacrifice by working harder, doing more, being better.

    Hawks surprises Ochako when he finds a quirk user who can capture and broadcast her and Himiko’s fight, to finally allow Japan and the world to see all that occurred between them, including Himiko’s sacrifice.

    What Ochako doesn’t know is this is one step in a much larger plan, a plan that Hawks and Principal Nezu have been working on since Hawks made a fateful, impulsive decision as Ochako was being airlifted away from the battle at Gunga.

    He quickly adopts a younger sister, saves an American girl from thugs, and becomes the personal student of U.A.'s principal. In that order.     It had only been a few weeks since the Battle Of Jaku, and Izuku Midoriya had been running himself ragged trying to look for anyone with any sort of knowledge to All For One and Tomura Shigaraki's whereabouts. Searching a small town, he finds League Executive and A-Rank Villain Himiko Toga, beaten, bruised, and unconscious. Despite what she's done he can't stop himself from helping her. Because that's what a hero does.

    It had only been a few weeks since the Battle of Jaku, and Himiko Toga had been completely alone. Unable to reunite with the League after her fight with Ochako, she's been on the run ever since and had the unfortunate luck to run into what looked like a Demon while beaten and bruised. Good thing it turned out to just be her Izuku! Though... this hero isn't quite the same as she remembered.

    Can Himiko change for the better? Can Izuku be the hero that everybody needs? Together, can they forge something out of this rotten apocalypse?

Freshly graduated heroes Uravity & Deku seem to be asking this very question as their lives become more and more entangled. After all the hardship, maybe it’s finally time for them to focus on simpler things.

    OR: At the end of the final war, Tomura Shigaraki returns One for All to Deku, and Himiko Toga survives her sacrifice. Years later, society is still dealing with the fallout, while Izuku and Ochako are quickly realizing just how much they need each other.

He certainly hadn't pictured an emaciated girl with yellow eyes and sharp fangs when he thought about his heir, but as soon as he saw her, he knew that she, perhaps more than anyone, deserved a chance to be a hero.
