The memory comes flooding back in technicolor as Jay sits in the drivers seat of that godforsaken RV.
"So what do we do now?"
From the back of the RV, Jared mumbles.Jay stares blankly a few more beats before reaching into his pocket to pull out a swiss army knife. In silence, he gouges another deep slice into the wood of the dashboard. Jared zooms in to the knotches, a couple dozen neat little tally marks etched into the RV.

Hutch is visited by nightmares he thought were long forgotten. The dreams begin to stir something in him, awaking a slumbering beast. Hutch begins to question himself, what he wants and why he's been hiding from his best friend and partner all these years.
