Summary
Carlotta in Phantom of the opera deserved so much better. She was entertaining to watch, a great actress, and her voice was spectacular!

I never liked the tale of Icarus. The moral of the story is that the rules (or limits) are there for a reason, he was warned to stop but he kept going, so he died. Listen to your parents, kids! Blablabla. Stay within the dotted lines, don't rock the boat, and authority knows what's best for you. Take the safe road.
But tell me honestly. If given the chance to soar, to explore new frontiers, and to discover new aspects of the world, who wouldn't reach towards the sun? Your soul pushes you to see what's out there, and the fact that the wings didn't hold as much as the spirit of discovery was not a moral failing.
Anyway, so this a music video is written in text format because my art skills can't fly me close enough to the sun yet - but don't worry, one day, they will.

Summary
The truth is, Ochako doesn’t care enough to complete the pretense. Sure, she’s nice to Izuku (see how she didn’t call him Deku there?) and to Bakugo, and to Todoroki, but it’s a fake kind of nice. The socially polite kind of nice.
Really, it wasn’t her fault that Izuku was so unfamiliar with normal social interaction that he assumed by social niceties that she was his friend.
And THEN she found out that he and most of his friends were crazy, batshit insane, and definitely not people to piss off. So she kept being “nice”.

Imagine that when you were a 10 (or whatever) year old kid wearing your sparkly pink tutu and wanting to grow up to be a fairy princess, you found out that magic was actually real, and there was a whole world out there ripe to explore! With maybe real fairies! But not for you, HAHAHA, no it was only for your *wonderful* *perfect* spoiled bratty little sister, who ruined your favourite teddy bear and stole your Halloween candy from your locked box, but you couldn’t prove it until now that magic was real. And this explained every single time that little Lily got whatever she wanted with absolutely no consequences all her life, as if the frickn’ universe itself conformed to her happiness.
