Summary
Dean was insane.
That was the complete, genuine truth - or, at least, that was what Dean was convincing himself as he sat at his desk, making the finishing touches to his story for Professor Novak’s class. His…somewhat indecent story, his mind supplied helpfully.
To be fair, Dean was not entirely at fault this time.
A certain constant-sex-messed-raven-haired, jacked, angel-blue-eyed English Literature Professor had given his students an intentionally open-ended task, giving the class a chance to produce unique stories they were genuinely interested in writing.
Dean was sure a middle-aged English Literature college professor had read his fair share of erotica. Due to the task being open-to-your-own-interpretation, he could not be marked down for his chosen topic. Right?Basically, a multi-chapter fic about Dean submitting a piece of smut to Professor Novak, except one chapter is just 10,000 words of said smut.

Summary
College was supposed to be easy.
Dean was older than everyone else, twenty-three and painfully aware of it, surrounded by eighteen-year-olds who still laughed too loud and cared too much. He kept his head down. Went to class. Went to work. Came home.
And then there was Cas. His roommate was everything Dean wasn’t—quiet, sharp-edged, and completely uninterested in personal space. All black clothes and ink-stained skin, silver rings and dark eyes that lingered too long. He listened to music Dean didn’t understand, smoked out the window at two in the morning, and looked at Dean like he could see straight through him.
Dean hated it.
He hated how close Cas stood. Hated the smirk he wore when Dean snapped at him. Hated the way his stomach flipped every time those tattooed hands brushed past him in their too-small apartment.
He hated how badly he wanted him.
Or: Dean falls hard for his infuriating, pierced, emotionally unavailable emo roommate—and realizes a little too late that Cas might like being wanted.
