Myung-gi swallows hard in response, yet doesn't back down. He can't — because that would mean letting Nam-gyu win, and that's something he's simply not willing to do.
"You know what? One can't hurt, right?"
But Myung-gi sees the way Nam-gyu's face morphs into an even deeper, uglier smile. It yells at him to push the man away, to run, to do anything. But Myung-gi doesn't listen; he can't.
"Here then, for you—"
Myung-gi's eyes widen as he watches Nam-gyu raise his fingers all the way up to his mouth, only to drop the singular pill on top of his tongue.
Fuck. He really needs that pill.

He asks, barely even a question, with how monotone and sarcastic his voice came out. The boy jumps, eyes wide and shocked, as if he didn't expect Namgyu to speak. What, was he supposed to just sit there and watch him? "What's your name, kid?
