in the months following the birth of their new world and peace between the five lands, princess raya of heart finds herself becoming best friends with her former enemy, princess namaari of fang. as their friendship flourishes, so does something else, something that is confusing yet beautiful.
but peace is not easy. soon enough, hardship strikes the five lands, and out of desperation, they begin to lash out at one another and fall back into their old ways. after working so hard for the life she now has, raya fears what this could mean for the future of their world.
with a diary forgotten by the world, a dark history surrounding the lands of heart and fang, and mysterious occurrences that don’t add up, raya, namaari, and their friends begin to wonder if the druun are really gone.
and on top of it all, raya and namaari must face a terrifying truth: their feelings for one another.

Catra is kind enough to try to hold back her smile.
“Well, you just made this super awkward,” she breathes out. “I was gonna ask if your friend was single. You're hot and all. But every word out of your mouth has been a total bummer, not gonna lie.”
Adora has died and gone to lesbian hell. She always knew it would come to this.

“I don’t know you anymore,” Catra hissed, earning a flicker of shock and sadness from Adora that quickly flitted away. “Maybe I did, but-“
“Whatever previous relationship we had is over now, Commander. We’re going to be stuck together for a good while now, so either get with the programme or get out of here.”
“I’m not going anywhere,” Catra said, bitterly. “It was you who left me, anyway.”
Commanding a Starship is a hard enough job for Adora, but when the former friend you think hates you becomes your First officer, its' not exactly going to get easier. There's a lot to process between you, but when you're in Starfleet, the fate of the galaxy has a tendency to get in the way...
