Summary
Quiet mild-tempered John Egbert meets the spunky new student Roxy Lalonde in their senior year. They get along pretty damn well and he eventually invites her over to her place for a bit of studying. Naturally, John, being the goof he is, panics when she kisses him. Thinking she's done something wrong, Roxy quickly leaves, leaving John flustered and a little heartbroken. Roxy graduates early and John neither sees nor hears anything from her. That is, until two years later when he meets a familiar face at the coffee shop he works at while attending college.
