Summary
Alone, Sukuna finally talks. “Do you know why we have these meetings, Yuuji?” He asks in a deceptively calm voice. It’s the tone he uses when he’s decided a punishment is in order, when he deigns to give the gentle explanation of just how Yuuji fucked up before his discipline is dished out.
Yuuji rolls his eyes, “To find me a mate.” He answers plainly.
And Sukuna sighs. Yuuji peeks over in time to witness his face morph into something both tired and condescending. His uncle continues to stare at the far wall, offering it the expression he would give Yuuji if he weren’t intent on maintaining some odd sort of facsimile of formality, “How did my brother manage to birth such a stupid son?”
