Summary
The Statute of Secrecy was always destined to fall. The day Ralston Potter placed it, Gifford Ollivander made a prophecy, right in the hall of the International Confederation of Wizards, acknowledging how it would keep Wixen kind safe for a few centuries before it would inevitably come to an end. Everyone accepted the first part of the prophecy, out of convenience, and shrugged off the end. It would be centuries away anyway.
Centuries passed, and Muggles were no longer what they once were. They continued to develop their technology, specifically in surveillance, exploration and communications, the threat came near. And so, an Ollivander and a Potter had to come together once more, to prepare for the Statute's approaching fall, with, or without the aid of two Dark Lords, one disembodied and one false Light leader.
As the prophecy stated, the point of no return shall begin with the Goblet of Fire.

Summary
Chess pieces are only mourned for the loss of their value and availability, never for true concern over the piece. For the player, it is all simply a game. One designed for victory and self-validation. However, when the chess pieces cease to be on a chess board, and onto the world instead, one cannot so carelessly sacrifice them for a more favorable piece, or the King itself. Not without acknowledging that piece is a person, and the consequences that come with that sacrifice that wasn't the King's to make.
History is determined by the victors, and they denominate themselves as the good guys. However... There is always more than one and even two sides to the same story. The side of each and every piece. I will tell you the story of the Pawn turned Rook.
When the use of a time-turner to save Sirius Black and Buckbeak cause a momentary eye-contact between Willow's past and future self, visions of the chess game appear, and she is not pleased with the end result of the board, much less her place in it. Introducing the Chess Piece's Vengeance.

Hiatus
209 AC was the worst year Valarr had ever lived through. He has been facing funerals he never imagined he would have to attend so soon, such as that of his father Baelor Breakspear, his wife Kiera of Tyrosh during the birth of their daughter, and finally his little daughter who never lived long enough. Now the small council wants him to find a new wife, and pressured by his duty as crown prince and now Hand of the Realm, he asks his mother to choose the best suitor for him. He knows he cannot escape his responsibilities, and inspired by experiencing a great love like that of his parents, Valarr tries everything to win his future wife and live a harmonious marriage. He just doesn't know that his new wife will turn his life upside down in the most positive way he can imagine.Bookmarked by FantasyGeek15

29.
Post Baelor's death. Kiera was abusive, tried to kill Valarr while pregnant, and gave birth to deformed baby before dying. New marriage done to Diana of Lys, whom is sweet (but has abusive father/had lost her virginity to her last fiancee, son of Dondarrion, and therefore the current pregnancy is unsure who's child it is, but Valarr promised to love said child and acknowledge him as his heir regardless). Marriage gift included 3 dragon eggs, one which hatched and bonded with Valarr (only him, Matarys, Diana and "Maester" Andre knew until recently. Maester Andre (fake certification by Valarr, bastard of prostitute with advanced healing knowledge, loyal to the prince). While in their "honeymoon" in Dragonstone the Blackfyres broke into the Red Keep to get to the eggs, but Diana had brought them with her. They broke into Dragonstone next, and Aerys Blackfyre took them (with Valarr's semi-blessing while he was bleeding out) under the deal that he'd return them and tell his brother, Daemon II that he doesn't want war. The eggs were indeed returned with a message agreeing on not wanting war (and thanking for sparing his brother Aerys). Valarr now recuperating, but the secret of Baelox (black dragon that grew very quickly) is out. Also Valarr began having dragon-dreams since meeting Dianna, and is being watched over by Diana and Matarys to prevent him from becoming a drunk (was rather close).
Ladies-in-waiting (Redwyne, Pentos, Blackwood and Bracken), Jenna, Daeron and Tyrosh wife in Dragonstone. First signs of plague and Valarr quickly closed to docks of the island, knowing from dreams how quickly it will spread. Him and Daeron are writing their experiences as dreamers to guide future generations. Matarys seems friendly with Bracken girl. Diana is bleeding between legs (premature labour?). -

Summary
“I’ll admit. I’m impressed, though I do have about a million questions. First and foremost, how have I never seen you at St. Mungo’s while you’re testing and developing this stuff? Do I even want to know?”
Fred uncrossed his arms and smiled.
“Ha. Easy. We’ve developed our own remedies or mastered Healing spells for most standard burns, bruises, black eyes, hair regrowing emergencies, you name it.”
He was casual about it. This extraordinary show of magic from product ideation, to creation, to Healing - it was all remarkable. He shrugged it off as if it was another Friday evening for him. Maybe it was.
Hermione shifted on her feet. The tingling she felt in her chest as she looked up at Fred was back. It was a pesky sensation - fleeting over the years as she found herself in close proximity to this confident, buoyant, firecracker of a Weasley. Similar to George but miles apart at the same time. He made her catch her breath outright at times with his brilliance, his heart, and his ability to get under her skin.
