    Captain Jaskirat Singh Rangi of 21 Para SF was handed eighteen names of listed terrorist that had attacked a school in Nagaland and a forward base in Dimapur. He had not ask for a journalist attached to his unit. He certainly had not ask for Uzair Baloch.
