Kanzaki Kaoru never considered himself a touchy person. He got uneasy when people got too close, tense shoulders and set jaw and awkward demeanor, he planted himself at absolute minimum a meter away from anyone he was with, he didn't initiate high-fives or handshakes or fist-bumps, only hesitantly taking the opportunity when offered by another person.
That didn't explain anything about the past few months.
Ever since joining the Phantom Busters, Kaoru's personal space has been invaded more times than he could count. He wanted more.

Summary
After a fight between Kendra and her step mom she runs away and decides to hide out on a roof until she feels safe enough to go home. However, that time never comes, and long after hypothermia sets in Donnie finds a very sick Kendra and decides to take her home.
OR: Kendra gets severe hypothermia and scares literally everyone but especially Donatello.

Summary
Raph grit his teeth, growling into his communicator as he pushed against the snake mutant. His tonfas were knocked away a while ago, so Raph had to resort to his own strength. His brothers had all been awake when he left to go on patrol, but given that it was now 3:34 in the morning, they were probably all asleep. He'd been hoping that the noise of the fight would be enough to wake up someone, but there was still no response.

Leo blinked at the weird accusation, "Wha? Oh, Dee, I told you to throw that thing out."
"Yeah! You did!" Donnie bit out.
"Donnie," Raph started to move forward, "What's-"
"So, then, who are you?" Donnie snarled.
Leo smiled, "I'm Leo."
"Which. Part." Donnie began, stomping towards him until Mikey jumped in the way.
Or, Leo gets struck by a mystic beam that splits him into five parts of himself; literally.
And they don't seem interested in coming back together

Leo get's split into different parts of himself sadness/anxious (Blue), anger/regret (Fury), confidence/joy (Guts), leader/serious (Sapphire), and faceman/ego (LEO). Ego is left with their brothers while the rest go hide to make the spell permanent, his brothers don't know until donnie figures it out and try to find a them to get them all back together. Too bad the leo's aren't too keen on that happening and so they have to convince them one at a time, not realizing the hardest one to convince was the one they first met.
