Summary
He let himself breathe in the scent of her blood. He'd never tasted it before— Only rats; Once, a pigeon.
His stomach never growled, it couldn’t. There was nothing alive inside of him anymore, not even hunger, not really. They all called it that, even Cazador, but it was a poor name for the empty void inside of him that never felt full, no matter how many rats were thrown into it.

Summary
“Well, look at that,” he said softly, his hand drifting down to her hip to anchor her in place. “Seems I’ve yet to finish enjoying you.”
She shivered beneath him, his cock hardening inside her inch by inch, slow and deliberate, the sensation making her body respond despite the exhaustion.
“Insatiable,” she muttered, though her legs were already tightening around his waist again, her hips lifting instinctively.
He leaned down, lips grazing her ear. “You have no idea.”

Summary
After a piece of prey slips through his fingers, Astarion decides to play a longer game to lure in this shiny new victim. It's routine, nothing he hasn't done a hundred times before. But that all changes when Cazador orders his spawn to retrieve a mysterious magical artifact, no matter the cost, with a tantalizing reward promised to whoever succeeds.
For once, Astarion is blessed with a stroke of luck: his shiny new victim is after the same artifact and may be closer to its retrieval than Cazador. Do the hard work of tracking it down himself? Not really Astarion's style. Let his new victim do it and steal the artifact from her at the last moment? Oh, absolutely.

Summary
"Fuck Cazador Szarr,” she spits, looming closer until their foreheads almost touch. Her eyes shine with obsession. “If he doesn't want to lose his toys, he should keep better track of them. You're mine now."
They stare at each other wordlessly. Astarion refuses to blink. His impotent fury has nowhere to go. He shakes with it.
That’s the long and short of it, isn’t it? He is a toy. A possession to be fought over. She understands this about him after only meeting him twice, and he hates her for it.
//
