Summary
The roots of the sky grazer—Genesis—were swollen, the inner tissue inflamed, and the outer shell riddled with fissures. Genesis’s husk had tenrilated suddenly; even the old rooting filaments looked wind-burned and raw. Recently it had begun to open, tearing itself away from the soft ground researchers had made for it. There is a knot at the base that it's revealing. A long, oblong shape in the soil made of oxidized iron. It doesn’t sound hollow; it has a dense, living rhythm. The innards whoosh, creaking wetly and gurgling constantly. There's a steady thumping from the center; it seems to be pushing the fluid within its innermost shell… There's an accumulation from one quadrant. Enough of it that the pressure of the assumed rupture is causing distressed sounds to reverberate underfoot.
Erid has found a tree in space. They don't know what it is, but they're too curious not to study this anomaly. One day, though this has been a long, mostly unseen process, the tree bears a single fruit. Not from its braches, but from under its roots.
Simon is in the iron lung; something is tearing its way inside.Series

Summary
"The corpse’s first few breaths are haggard, desperate, tumultuous heaves of motion. Clumsy and spasming fingers feebly pressed against a stitched chest, grasping at its ribs for the heart and lungs beneath the mismatched flesh. The creature’s face twisted in distress as its heart started to beat after being motionless for so long. Dull reddish eyes flicker blindly across the room, trying to understand but failing to in the newborn state it was in."
One day, the story of Frankenstein starts over again with a new resurrectionist making a new being. But instead of the maker rejecting its design, the creature flees before it is ever seen living. That night, bloodshot eyes fall upon another like itself, and neither flinches from the mirrored person before each other.aka I overcommitted to the bit and somehow a poem grew legs and ran off with me.

"The first thing he wakes to is a hand.
There are vines, flowers, and curling leaves under the skin. blooming in bright psychedelic colors, almost as if breaking free of it. The veil seemed so thin; the tendrils seemed to press up against it. Maybe slowly, they would soon breach the layer containing them to revel and feast on the red filling the coffin. Blood was the only thing here, inhospitable and yet screaming with life. The voices rang in his ears; the pain sang. The flowers behaved, content not to writhe under the skin.
Why was there someone again? Who was this?"
Simon isn't lucid enough to care about reality, and frankly, I am too tired to care about canon. Here's some tenderness.

Summary
Something was dying near the limping wretch.
With each step closer, the masked being could hear the groaning rasps grow nearer. Quietly gritting teeth and slowly clawing at stone. Torches flicker, half-burnt out as they stand in silent vigil, shimmering in a yawning dark, each flame gleaming. The wheezes were not ones that expected nor demanded to be found. These were heaves, shuddering breaths of something wounded that was losing its fight. Fast, shallow, both the air in those lungs and the heart it provided for were growing too weak.
Aka: Messmer is healing from his wounds, though changed. Drummer does their best to care for him on the road. Both of them slowly open, sitting over tea or a fire, peeling fruit, or lying in the sun. Death has been stolen, and the world is starting over just in time for it to end.

Summary
In the haze between waking and not, whispers of sensations register. Warm hands, the burn of something in his wounds, of the cuts being packed or closed. There's no voice murmuring meaningless comforts, just a blur of something nearly as crimson as mortal blood working against his frame. The snakes revealed to him that there was a stranger, a masked thing, staining their hands with his blood in an attempt to put him back together.
"Re...Rellana?" He rasped out between gulps of air, trying to push from the ground and away from these persistent hands to let him process. It did not stop them and did not deter them. If anything, his writhing hardened their resolve to spare him from the teeth of death.
AKA: After a battle with the tarnished, Messmer is left succumbing to his wounds. The battle was hard-fought but nonetheless lost. Blind, helpless, the demigod grieves that he is his sole mourner, having nothing of his own. And yet, as if the world hears him, even the comfort of death is denied as a figure puts him together, whether he likes it or not.

Summary
Swerve is bullied by the forth wall, who is very insistent that the metallurgist has to play detective in order to have someone remember Rung.
Rung is far from home, and a pair of holy mecha do their best to help him get back on his feet. The therapist's savior was doing the best they could with what they had.
Decoy, a predacon and high priest, learns that there is more to love than chemicals, that it is choice and not instinct that drives it all.
