Summary
With various time-lines ending in ruin, with so much death, so many what ifs. The Force decides to take a new approach to make things go the way it wants to.
In comes Icarus Uknata, an over powered Jedi with attachment issues, independent and PTSD from all the shit the Council put her through. Will she be what the force wants her to be. Or will everything fall apart like the other millions of time lines it has created.
With so much against her Icarus tries to make the best of things, hoping for something better than the visions the Force has plagued her with since she was 5. Hope can only do so much and even that may not be enough for what she wants to do. With the Council, the war, time and more against her, how will she do what was meant of her? Will she be able to save her parents and siblings? Will she be able to save all her friends? Only time can tell and the choices she makes will set her on a path of death or of change.

Summary
Elida Gardner, Callsign "Aegis", has chased her way through life following the loss of her younger sister. She enlisted in the army to separate herself from things she couldn't change, and save the things she could. Now, after years of stagnation, she gets ambushed one morning in the gym after a particularly dark nightmare, knocking the man prone only to come face to face with her C.O. and two strangers. She comes to find that they're from Task Force 141 and her C.O. has pushed her through to sign on as their new combat medic. But can she keep the pace she's been setting, or will she- or they run her ragged. Can Aegis keep up appearances? Or will the weight she's been carrying finally drag her beneath the waters edge. Or worse, will someone pull her out of the water and make her learn to stand again?
