Steve grins up at the ceiling, languid and sated. He feels so fucking good. Every muscle in his body is relaxed, practically turning him into a melted puddle in the middle of Eddie’s trailer. In 1983, months before Will Byer's disappearance, Steve Harrington goes missing.
It's not big news and the police say they know where he's gone, but they won't share anything else. It's something Steve is grateful for. After all, if anyone found out he was in a group home for troubled and unwanted kids, rooming with one Eddie 'The Freak' Munson, he'd never be able to go back.
