The apothecary in town had begun to carry an extract from the sativus plant several moons prior, said to be a powerful aphrodisiac in the proper dosage. Curious, but not fully trusting of what he had dubbed “the poisons of others,” Hubert had proposed adding sativus to the poison gardens of Castle Varley, and testing the efficacy of the flowers themselves. Eager to grow something new, Bernadetta had readily agreed. The result of her effort had been a pot of tea, brewed from the crushed petals of the sativus’ flowers.
Absently, Hubert acknowledges that he had reacted to the sativus far more readily than he had expected. He had fancied himself rather tolerant to poisons. However, he supposed, this particular poison played upon a critical weakness of his.
Hubert and Bernadetta experiment with aphrodisiacs in the poison gardens of Castle Varley.

Ochako, mourning the loss of Himiko Toga, has a very difficult conversation with her teachers.

Grief is a funny thing. She didn't know Himiko Toga, not really– up until both wars, she only thought of the other girl as a villain. A cute girl, with eyes that made her heart pound and a smile that made her think things she definitely shouldn't, but a villain nonetheless. She thought she enjoyed hurting people and it scared her.
But now she knows better. And it's not like she can do anything about it now, cause Himiko is in the ground somewhere. In an unmarked grave, the only remnants of her still in this world are in Ochako's own blood stream.
She lets out a little aborted sob, slamming her hand over her mouth. The sun is warm on her skin, the air cool, and all she can think about is it's not fair. It's not fair at all.

He regrets the words as soon as they’re out of his mouth.
“Oh,” Dabi muses aloud, his glee all too evident even through his feigned ignorance. “Then I guess I shouldn’t do anything like this.” He grins against Tomura’s throat, the Alpha’s hands gently running over the tops of his Omega’s thighs. “Right?”
If Tomura had a free hand, he’d have found some part of Dabi to dust for sure.

“Sorry, I can’t hear you over the sound of your teeth chattering.” If looks could kill then Dabi would be six feet underground in an instant. It’s only a noise from Shigaraki’s nintendo and Shuichi calling him for backup in whatever game they’re playing that has Shig’s eyes turning back to the game.
It’s oddly peaceful, and Dabi actually doesn’t mind sprawling out on the couch on his phone while the TV plays loudly in the background, only coupled by Shuichi’s and Shigaraki’s games, and the rest of the League’s ongoing conversations.
That is until Jin says, “Oh, shit. I think this one died.”
AKA how Dabi goes from being the League's only functional heater to being Shigaraki's personal one and not necessarily against his own wishes.

He’s so dumb, Shuuichi thinks. It’s kind of endearing, though, for some reason. And then he very quickly banishes that thought because he is not going to think of Dabi in positive terms.
Or, Dabi and Spinner start an alliance for losers in love with Shigaraki. And maybe kiss a little (a lot).
