Summary
Finland had won ; a result everyone expected, and deserved. When the blue and white heart had overtaken that of the other artist already in the lead – the new tie-breaking system –, the cheers from the arena immediately soared, completely filling the hall. Pete and Linda literally jumped off their couch and embraced, while their delegation celebrated their victory just as enthusiastically. And almost too quickly, everything happened back to back : The winner's performance, the official interview, all the journalists who descended upon them once the contest was officially over . . . This exhausted the young man, who ended up apologising to everyone and the violinist to return to his hotel. A good night's sleep was in order, but not before calling . . . Someone.

Summary
The least that could be said was that Jakob was incredibly honored to have been chosen to award the twelve points – the holy grail of jury votes – on behalf of Sweden. Which wasn't surprising, in a way ; many artists from previous years had taken on this role, much to the delight of the fans. To see them again, even if only for a few seconds. And given KAJ's absolute success at the 2025 edition . . . It made perfect sense, really. And, of course, the young man hoped for only one thing : To be able to grant them for his own country, Finland. He loved Pete and Linda's song, and nothing could have pleased him more than to keep the foolish promise he'd already made several times. How iconic would it be to say the legendary line from their own entry, and simply add Suomi at the end ?

It'd been nice, Nalle thought. Well, not that he'd actually planned on bringing someone back to his bed that night, but . . . It seemed that fate had decided otherwise. So, here he was now, sitting on the edge with part of his blanket over his knees for a little extra cover – he didn't know where his underwear had gone, and he wouldn't put it back on until he'd showered anyway – ; one hand in his hair. Relaxing a bit, his muscles slowly loosening, until a rustling sound behind him almost startled him. Ah, right . . . He'd almost forgotten. With a faint smile, he turned and his gaze fell on the person he'd just slept with. Still there, in his sheets.

Summary
Juhani Puumalainen, thirty-nine years old, airline pilot for Finnair. That was how he'd always introduced himself, since he'd started working there ; and it suited him just fine. Now, this afternoon was a day like any other : The plane had taken off smoothly – and right on time ! – from Vaasa Airport bound for Helsinki ; a routine route, really. After a moment, when the aircraft reached thirty-five thousand feet above sea level, its cruising altitude, he finally allowed himself to relax for a bit. He sank back into his seat and his fingers loosened around the wheel, though his gaze was still fixed on the thin clouds ahead. When the instrument panel indicated that everything was fine, he received a light pat on the shoulder.
Juhani would probably have preferred not to be on the same flight as Mikko.

Summary
Their flight to Stockholm was scheduled for two hours from now – well, two hours and six minutes, as Axel would've liked to quibble –, and like the conscientious men they were, the trio was already settled in the departure lounge ; each in their own seat. They weren't actually going to the Swedish capital, though ; their real destination was Kiruna, further north. They had no other choice, as there were no direct flights from either Vaasa or Helsinki. Oh, they weren't going there for a concert either : This time, it was for a well-deserved vacation ! A trip the writer had meticulously planned down to the millimeter, although he was now scrolling on his phone while he waited, like everyone else. Kevin leaned to his left and peeked, only to see that his boyfriend was on Instagram, which made him almost chuckle.
