He blew cold gusts into its rifts to clean them from dust and spilled boiling water into them to keep the warmth. He poured patience on its head and let it settle. He pressed love onto its chest and let it linger.

Bruce loathed the Alpha who claimed him.
Clark Kent was the absolute worst. Not only was he frustratingly patient and endlessly thoughtful, but he was also blessed with indescribably good looks.
It was a nightmare.
For some reason, this irritation has been building under his skin for the past few weeks, a steady increase of restlessness that grew warmer in the presence of the Alpha.
