Summary
You don’t really realize the world is ending when it starts.
In movies it always starts off with a bang, a disaster, a meteor, world destroying.
Sapnap didn’t really know when the first few signs of the end started to appear. Was it when he was scrolling on his phone on the bus, laughing at a meme? or was it when he saw a woman collapse in his local supermarket?
Or was it when his professors informed them of the new lockdown that was gonna shut down all his classes. Sapnap still doesn’t know.In the beginning, lockdown was kinda nice, he could sleep an hour more and just roll over to grab his laptop and join the online classes with his roommate.
But that only lasted about two weeks before the panic started.
And Sapnap's life as he knew it ended.

Quackity froze in his door frame, slowly turning his eyes to look into his open kitchen.
Quackity is completely normal and sane.
And he lived alone.
But yet, he couldn’t seem to wrap his head around how Wilbur Soot was standing in his kitchen, wearing a yellow faded sweater, jeans and blue fuzzy socks, and smiling at Quackity like that was a completely normal thing to do.
And maybe it should be a completely normal thing. Wilbur was his boyfriend after all, the person that knew him best, knew just how to make his coffee in the morning, what his favorite tv show was, knew how Quackity liked to be held and knew how to make him laugh.
So Wilbur standing in his kitchen should be a completely normal thing.
But the thing is, Wilbur Soot died at the age of seventeen.

Summary
Quackity didn’t even open his eyes, snuggling in closer to the soft pillow he assumed his head rested on. But at some point his head had to break through the comfortable fog of sleep, and his brain finally caught up to his body.
There wasn’t anything soft in the cell, everything in there was hard and rough to the touch. There was no soft bed, no warm blankets or fluffy pillows that smelled so sweetly of campfire and roasted marshmallows.
When had he been given a pillow? dream wouldn’t give them that.
reluctantly, Quackity opened his eye, only to receive the sunlight blinding him, only to realized he could see the sky and the clouds.
Since when could he do that?
where was he?
“Q?”
Quackity turned his head slightly to the right, and like the sun itself, Sapnap stood in the door into this strange room.
Quackity didn’t even notice how dry his mouth felt as he looked at Sapnap, too confused about how he even got here.“Sapnap?…”

Quackity looked up at the group, the first sign of tears and a smile breaking out on his face.
“I got in” he said, turning the letter around to show them.
“I got into Harvard law!” He then cheered and the table broke out cheering and yelling. All the other customers in the dinner turned to look at them with annoyed looks.
“Let’s go!” Sapnap hugged Quackity close, almost lifting him from his seat.
“That’s our boyfriend! The Harvard student!” Karl cheered loudly and giggled excited.
“I am a goddamn genius!” Quackity said, practically shaking and jumping in his seat, his hands were shaking with all the build up excitement.
“Cambridge better watch out with you running wild” George laughed and leaned back in his seat, grabbing his milkshake.
“What?” Quackity blinked and the fog of euphoria in his brain seemed to stop.

And for the first time in his short life, Techno opened his eyes and started to cry, lunges screaming and calling for attention.
Philza hushed him with a smile on his face, his heart soaring with relief as he saw his son blink up at him, his feet kicking and arms thrashing in the blanket. His lover came soon after, relieved laughter escaping her lips as she cooed down at him.
“Is he your oldest?” the god asked, watching the baby grab Philza’s finger.
"Yes.” Philza answered without looking up from his son."Take it to your grave.” the blood god sighed, stepping towards the still open window, the wind blowing the snow like a whirlwind.
"Whatever his birthright may be, he will be better off without.”"A child born from a goddess, sired by an angel and becoming a vessel… he will become the most dangerous threat to this world if you fail to guide him.” he warned.

Summary
Lance could see the pain behind Lotor’s eyes as he told his story. A flame that was no more than a few wild embers that burst from a dying fire.
“You were just a kid,” Lance finally whispered.
Lotor snorted as he turned his head to gaze into Lance’s eyes. “That clearly didn’t stop my father. Did it?”
___Sometimes pain runs deeper than any wound that can be left behind. Lance comes to know this when a mission goes awry and he ends up as a both a bargaining chip and a hostage by Lotor to be used against the other paladins of Voltron. But as Lance spends time as a hostage, enduring countless assaults on his mind, body and spirit; he slowly becomes aware that Lotor behaves nothing like the cold monster he assumed him to be. Not with the countless nights Lotor sits silently with him in his cell, or the nights Lotor brings him a healing salve for his wounds or the nights he swears he can see the faint shimmer of tears in the prince's eyes...or the heavy weight of trauma and pain that he can tell Lotor has buried deep in his heart. Sometimes one knows their enemy better than they know themselves and Lance soon finds that to be true.

This gives him about three months to break Leo down into something new, through a combination of sensory deprivation, sensory overload, and a whole lot of mindfuckery. He wants a loyal devotee, even if he has to cram love down Leo's throat until it's all he's capable of bearing.

Things are complicated in Bill’s life as it is now that he’s in a human body on glorified house arrest while doing community service as the new handyman for the Mystery Shack, what he doesn’t need it a situationship-turned-maybe-just-ship with Ford Pines.
…maybe he shouldn’t seek it out either, but that’s besides the point. He’s got one goal and that’s to get back in his body, get his powers back, and far away from this rock.
So, when salvation comes in the form of a former fling spinning plans about how to get his revenge and eat it, too, Bill’s all too eager to listen. It’s not like he cares about these people, this place, or anything else here. He’s got plans, big plans, and there’s nothing that can stop him, not even these squishy, human emotions he’s starting to feel.
