Stoick has a village to protect from dragon raids, he has a son who is perceived as weak and lacking the viking 'punch' that's needed. So when a person from our world enters the live action How To Train Your Dragon, for security Stoick has him imprisoned. All of his knowledge to Stoick of their world and future events, far from helping, worsens his predicament.
Taking place in the live action How To Train Your Dragon, a person from our world who genuinely stumbles onto Berk by accident during a particularly sensitive moment between Stoick and Hiccup, a fan of the franchise, might've expected to be given a warm welcome, but the realities of the viking culture quickly put those notions to rest, and an already stressed out Stoick over his son's inability to step up and reputation as the clown viking of the tribe further makes the Chieftan angered and panicked at the emergence of a strange outlander.
Can such a predicament be overcome?
