This AU follows the hypothetical of a Noelle disappearance, where Asriel was too concerned about his best friend to go to college just yet, Dess is wracked with grief for years, Susie never had anyone besides Toriel to express sympathy for her, Berdly never got a passive doe to latch his ego onto, and everyone is just generally a little worse off. The ralsei of this world is different, and you will find the dark worlds are not how you expect them to be, nor their residents. Lightners who previously never interacted with them will now get the chance. And the Knight... Oh, the Knight.

Summary
I noticed that there were no Noelle Knight AUs floating around on the archive, so here's your premium rare steak. This AU will combine aspects of several different knight theories into one in order to kind of make Noelle Knight work as a concept. It is experimental and will be a radical departure from the canon Knight. After the final chapter, there will be a list of bullet list of notes for anyone who is curious about the specifics of the AU.
Note: While this fic does contain Suselle, it is very frought what with Noelle being the knight and Susie not knowing it's her under the helmet until probably chapter 5. It has serious doomed/tragic yuri vibes, so beware. Also I'm not a kriselle hater by any means, but they get the short end of the stick in this AU. If you want to write in it, I would probably suggest making Kris work with the knight again if you like that ship.

Summary
Dess is no stranger to the break between semesters, but it's the first year her sister's gone to college as well, which left them more distant than ever. Despite the drifting, seeing her sister all grown up has left her feeling proud, a little wistful, and... something else.
Noelle returns home for winter vacation after a grueling week of finals, and she's excited for the chance to see family and old friends, to go to her beloved Hometown Winter Festival, and most importantly, being able to catch up with her sister. But at night, after everyone else has gone to sleep and she's excessively horny in her childhood bed, she's liable to make a few mistakes.
Such as accidentally liking her sister's nudes on social media.
