Summary
Elias fiddles with the chains hanging from his wrists, testing their give and as he watches the hand of the clock slowly tick away. They were tethered to the table giving a frustratingly limited range of movement, but he considered it a small compromise for the fact he was allowed a private room. The table spans the width of the room, offering a clear divide from one side to the other, with thankfully no screen to limit his contact.
Nerves are a curious feeling for Elias, who normally has such confidence in his plans there's rarely a need for them. When it comes to Jon, however, he’s unable to ignore the clamminess of his palms.
So far he's played into his hands beautifully, going above and beyond what he expected to gather mark after mark on his body and soul. But this little indulgence could see it all falling apart at the seams. All it would take was Jon knowing one thing too many and it could all be over.
So yes, Elias is nervous.

Summary
Jon shivers as he feels the cool leather of the crop run over the bare skin of his back and focuses on keeping his back straight even against the strain of his pulling muscles. He swallows as he hears Elias hum, unable to tell if it is positive or negative.
He won't confess it, but he hopes it was negative.
He craves punishment after the last few days of work. He's already received a few verbal lashings from Elias—but he knows they were from a professional standpoint. He needs something more personal.

Peter is standing with his thumbs hooked into the pair of burgundy suspenders he's wearing over a white dress shirt—unbuttoned at the top to expose wiry chest hair—looking very pleased with himself.
His dress trousers are a matching burgundy—and a very pleasing fit, if Elias does say so—and over the top of it all, opened and hanging over his shoulders, is an undeniably distinguishable red coat; white, fluffy cuffs and all.
