Midoriya had a conundrum. You see, he had a lot of merchandise, but Midoriya wanted more. The crux of the issue was that merchandise required money, and as an unemployed eleven year old, there weren't many places he could get a hold of such a thing.
However, he'd come up with a flawless solution. Simply lie about his age and prior employment experience to get a remote job.In a bid for more merchandise, Midoriya unintentionally gets hired as part of UA's staff. If only he realised this.

Summary
As you may or may not have deduced from the title and story image you probably know that this is about Izuku who managed to become a teacher at UA, the most famous school for hero's in Japan. Amazing right? One might think.
About a year ago, if you had told Izuku that he would be teaching at UA. He wouldn't believe you. What was a 15 year old, quirkless, trauma filled, emotionally unstable boy doing being a teacher to a bunch of teenagers his age and older?
Izuku knew he was unlucky to some extent. Now? Honestly he didn't know if these last few months were his good or bad luck. Ok, he was now in UA, maybe not the way he had expected. But was it really good luck? He had thrown out that dream, why save a society that was already ruined?
He saw sense, All Might wasn't always right. He knew if tried hard enough he could be a hero, but that didn't help now. He didn't know wether meeting principal Nezu and him being forced into a teacher position was good. His will to be a teacher was not high, and his will to live was lower. He wouldn't chase after death though, that was death's job, not his. Instead he'd watch to see what would happen to the people around him, maybe even help, sometimes...
