When emergency foster parent Peli Motto gets a call requesting her to take in a young Din Djarin, who survived a car accident, she finds that she can’t say no.
Peli learns that Din is obsessed with space, but is terrified of reality. Din learns that Peli can fix anything, but she can’t fix him. No one can. Din and Peli both suffer from the same thing: Loss. And neither of them know how to talk about it.
