Summary
The man had a thick crop of greying black hair, and his arms were covered in scars, along with a few blotches of turquoise and green, like watercolour tattoos. The scars differed in texture – some were deeply carved creases in the skin, others were raised like keloids, all in deliberate patterns and shapes.
I recognised those patterns, those shapes. The family crest – one half on each forearm. The school and group markings. His rank. His mate-circles. His rulers and measuring implements, all carved into his body, all instantly recognisable.Oh god.

A freak accident puts Rocky, temporarily, into a human body. Whilst he and Grace wait for the reversal, they discover a lot about each other, and the nature of their relationship. Eventual smut, happy ending to come.

“I’m serious.”
Grace can’t help himself.
“Nice to meet you, Serious. I’m Dr. Ryland Grace. Um- but everyone around here calls me Grace."
Silence.
“That’s your cue to tell me your name,” he notes.
The continued silence is deafening. Wide shoulders heave with heavy breath, that dark gaze tightening at Grace’s further insistence. Greasy, inky hair falls around his face, unruly tendrils shielding scarred skin from the outside.

Halfway back to Erid, the Hail Mary receives her third and final passenger.

8 > 9 - Simon blood cocoon gets stuck to Hail Mary in transit and Rocky wakes Grace from his coma to retrieve it. Grace is incredibly touch-starved and falling hard but doesn't want to risk Simon accepting him out of obligation. Rocky thinks he's stupid and meddles.

This is my first Bloody Mary fic and the first fic I’ve ever posted I’m hoping this will be any good.
Simon sat on the floor of the sub waiting for something, anything to happen, he gripped his bracelet, the pendant holding a small sprout that he suspected would die right along with him in this sub. But as he sat, he heard something. He originally assumed the cracking noise to be the hull of the ship cracking, he expected blood to begin pouring in and to begin drowning him at any second. But instead he heard a voice.
