Summary
"I need to speak to your lousy, great-great-whatever grandson!"
The dark-eyed Malfoy laughed. "Close enough. Down the stairs, take three lefts until you see a painting of a Griffin Hunt."
Hermione nodded, mind already on cursing Malfoy when the portrait's low baritone halted her.
"Oh, and Dolly?"
She glanced back despite herself, unease coiling in her gut.
"It's good to see you here."
Later, she wouldn't be able to recall whether she had marched towards Malfoy, or had fled from his ancestor's grin.

Hermione Granger thought attending the Malfoy Gala was going to be a one-night affair, but Malfoy Manor never intended to let her go. Isolated and alone, she is forced to face a system where personal freedom is up for deliberation, and continuity always prevails. Her only hope lies with Lord Draco Malfoy, an utter arse caught in a perpetual power struggle with his father, and an overly accommodating Narcissa, who seems to understand the Manor better than any Malfoy man ever could. -

"The potion reveals, Granger, it doesn't create. Tell me to stop and I will, but don't insult me by lying to my face while you're soaking your knickers just from me looking at you."
Three weeks sequestered in the Moors to catalogue Macnair Manor was supposed to be Hermione’s sanctuary, an escape from the public fallout of her break-up with Ron. Instead, she is trapped with Draco Malfoy as her co-worker and an accidental magical bond that forces her to feel the exact depth of his dark, derogatory lust.
Caught in a torrential downpour on a stone balcony, stripped of her wand and her pride, Hermione is forced to make a choice: cling to her pristine principles, or finally allow herself to choose pleasure, just this once. Even if that means submitting to Malfoy's fantasy of finally putting the Golden Girl where she belongs, right underneath his Pure-blooded heel.

Summary
His gaze snapped to her like a snare. “Worried I might do something about it, Granger?” He sauntered closer, spreading his arms, lazy and unapologetic, like he was inviting her to climb onto him right there. “You could give me a go, if you like. Though we’d have to remove that pesky Protego charm first.”
Hermione blinked. Her cheeks flared red. “Pardon?”
He tilted his head, eyes still locked on hers. “Not interested?”
“I… don’t know what you’re getting at.”
He sighed, almost disappointed. “Brightest witch of the age.”
Her throat tightened. “Are you… hitting on me?”
The moment she said it, she regretted it. He leaned in even further, close enough that she could see the faint sheen on his lower lip, the way his eyelashes were dark at the tips. Then, he spoke softly—devastatingly so. “What do you think I’m doing?”
