  Summary

  Aloy starts off as a little girl living with her father as outcasts in The Embrace. As she grows up, she gradually learns about the surrounding world, how to survive the wilds and how to navigate complicated interactions with people. She also finds out difficult things about her origins that will prove to be a decisive turning point.
