Summary
Zooble and Jax : clear to any outside perspective they are spiteful of one another and simply do not get along... So one would think. Unpredictable emotions, secret rendezvous, and strife runs deeper for this pair than Pomni ever would have predicted. Told from the perspective of Zooble, they recount to Pomni how their special intimacy and eventual conflicts with Jax came to be. Was it a means to escape from the hatred of themselves? Or could what they feel for Jax run deeper than they ever could have expected? Only a retelling of the day they met to the present will reveal such details.

Remember that funny bit at the end of episode 3? Where Caine and Zooble switched who was on the therapy couch? What if Caine went into a little more detail than just his thoughts on the wild west.
And by detail I mean Zooble gets answers and its- well, like pulling teeth.

The pain in Kiibo’s voice is visceral, because Kaede feels it too. He isn’t just talking about Momota and Ouma, anymore. He’s talking about Gonta, and Iruma, and Chabashira, and Yonaga, and Shinguuji and Toujou and Hoshi and Yumeno and Saihara, everyone who has died here so they could move forward. Everyone who wanted so badly to leave this place, who promised to be friends afterwards—Kaede can feel Kiibo’s desperation because it’s mirrored in her own chest. More than anything else… She doesn’t want Saihara to have died for nothing.
“Help me, Akamatsu-san,” Kiibo says, and opens his eyes again.
