Will she ever return to the Fright Zone? If she does, it will be different now. Catra is sure of that — She-Ra’s magic healed every broken thing in all of Etheria, carpeting the sullied land with new life. Whatever the Fright Zone had been, whatever had happened there, it is in the past.
An unexpected pain throbs in Catra’s chest. Whatever the Fright Zone had been, it had been home for a long time. For her and Adora. The pain she had weathered there had been cradled hand in hand with the happiness of their friendship. The loss is unexpectedly painful.
Her hand falls from the wall.
“I’m going to take you home,” Adora had said, and Catra still doesn’t know where exactly that is.
