Unfortunately, while her niece is playing on the playground at school, she falls off the monkey bars and skins her knee, which is how Rio meets School Nurse Agatha Harkness.
After a small misunderstanding, which involves Rio confusedly giving Agatha her phone number, Rio makes a stunning realization -- well, actually, she's kind of led into said realization by her family, who is apparently far more knowledgeable about flirting than Rio is.
