Mother’s Day in Hawkins, Indiana was, in many ways, exactly the same as it was in most places – a day where children made their mothers breakfast in bed (often with dad’s help), did chores, gave flowers, and just generally celebrated and took care of the women who gave them life and spent so many days taking care of them.
