Reed glanced at his labs clock. 3:30 am, it read, the electronic letters casting a faint red glow across his metallic workbench. It was a late Saturday night, where most people, were fast asleep by now— but he had always been one to work late.— From his teen years to now, he’s been a bit of a ‘workaholic’ as Sue might describe it. Sure, some people might call it a bad habit.
He calls it being productive.

Reed has trouble understanding his family, sometimes, and Johnnys an idiot who touches random things, an idiot who sort of helps Reed. Also he opens portals to other dimensions sometimes. Yeah.

He'd been having nightmares since the day Will went missing, and headaches and even nosebleeds were symptoms of sleep deprivation and stress, both of which weren't exactly uncommon occurrences in his life. He hadn't heard any clock, and he thinks he'd know if he'd been hunted by a monster from another dimension - probably.
