Summary
Leon knows this shelter is his last stop. There's nowhere else for him to go, his life time has run it's course and now he just has to wait it out. Or so he thought.
Ada is tired of the one night stands, and while she doesn't want to settle down necessarily, she needs something more stable. When her friend suggests Ada gets a hybrid, it takes Ada awhile to warm up to the idea. But when she finally does, that's when she finds him, Leon.
Leon and Ada both struggle to connect with people, but their instant connection to one another can't be ignored.

Summary
Wesker was assigning Ada a near impossible task with this mission. She may have been known for her espionage and undercover work, but even that would reach a natural conclusion and boundary. This was her boundary.
The "Kennedy's" were an Italian-American organized crime family who were, vehemently, against B.O.W.S. But were still content to immerse themselves in all aspects of the crime life. The death, the money, the gore, the drugs. All of it. They were content with that but not with the work Wesker and Ada's clients wanted to do.
Now she would have to burrow herself deep within the organisation, worming her way to the top. To either learn why there was a dislike. To change it. Or to create a decoy leader.
She wondered if this was a death sentence from Wesker. One final way to eliminate her from the playing field. She did not know, all she knew was that she was to go deep underground. And pray she found a way up out of her grave.
She did not know. But failure was not a choice for Ada and between the mafia or the FBI. She knew which chances she would take.
This would be easy.
(Oh, how wrong she was).
