Summary
Some shit goes siriously wrong and Harry along with his merry bleeding-to-death tag-along Malfoy arrive in the year 1943 screaming and hating each other - as well as almost all those around them complicating the mess they're in. One of those is the man ready to murder Harry and his family in the future: Tom Riddle. Still innocent (as much as he ever was) and readily on his way to darkness.
So simply:
Shit happens and things go terribly wrong.

Summary
Draco Malfoy awakens on his eighteenth birthday to discover that he has been sent back exactly seven years. Left stranded in the past, with no knowledge of how he got there, Draco has only his memories of the past seven years to guide him through another seven years at Hogwarts. Conflicted between using his knowledge of the original timeline for the good of everyone or just for the good of himself, Draco must brace himself for the inevitable consequences of straying from what was originally written. Taking the pen (or rather quill) into his own hands, Draco is prepared to redefine himself and change the lives of the people around him. But a new set of unexpected challenges and twists might make his path to greatness a bit murkier than initially envisioned.

Summary
Draco Malfoy has only one goal: to make sure he survives the war. Or, rather, to make sure his younger self survives a war that he’s already suffered through. Being transported back in time only to serve as a mentor to his bratty eleven year old self wasn’t quite how he’d envisioned his future, but at least it’s better than Azkaban.
Oh, and it’d help if his other self could stop falling in love with Harry Potter, too.

Summary
After Harry is outed as a Parselmouth to the school in his second year, Draco approaches him with the intent of discovering whether he truly is the heir of Slytherin. After forming a somewhat unsteady and fragile truce, the pair end up learning much more about Harry’s past and magic than they had originally intended. The discovery leads to not only Harry’s access to his full magical potential but an escape from the Dursleys in the form of Severus Snape.
I.e., The fic where Harry's life at Hogwarts goes a lot better. He gets the love and family he deserves following his second year and becomes a much smarter and more powerful wizard.
Dumbledore kinda sucks in this fic so get ready for bashing. Snape and Draco also end up being actually nice people.

Truce between Harry and Draco in early second year to find the heir leads to some interesting consequences. They become friends and eventually Snape becomes aware and eventually leads to that relationship improving as well. Snape makes discovery of who Harry lives with. Action follows.
Drarry follows natural progression and flows well. The best type: enemies to friends to lovers. So far secret friends, currently in early third year, chapter 9. -

To mend his mistakes and hopefully save the future, Draco has to befriend certain Gryffindors, fight bathroom trolls, spy on quivering professors, retake his painfully easy first-year exams, and follow said certain Gryffindors through trap doors gaurded by a ruddy three-headed mongrel named Fluffy of all things; all the while pretending he is absolutely fine, that he's not having nightmares about a war that hasn't happened yet, and generally just struggling to act his age.

Summary

Feeling underappreciated and horribly lonely, he purchases some special charms that allow him to conjure imaginary friends. Unfortunately, after becoming a suspect in a potions smuggling investigation, Draco is forced to surrender a month’s worth of memories for a Pensieve Probe.
