Summary
Alastor has had his suspicions that something has been going on with Vincent for a while now but he hadn’t quite been able to put his finger on it. His attitude has been changing lately and so has his behavior, he’d been so distant and stand off-ish — it wasn’t like his husband at all. He had begun to think it was Vincent’s new makeup artist, Valentino, that had become a distraction and he just needed to remind Vincent of what he had waiting for him at home.
However it seemed like everything seemed to come to a head when Vincent started changing his appearance out of nowhere and Alastor hardly recognized him anymore! Who was this man? Where was his loving, dorky husband and who was this… this jerk taking his place?!
Was Vincent going to continue down this path? What was going on that Vincent wasn’t telling him? Alastor had never loved someone the way he loved Vincent and he didn’t think he’d survive losing him. Maybe… Maybe if he wrote him a letter expressing his love or his concern that Vincent was losing himself then his darling husband would come back to him… Hopefully it wasn’t too late.

“Are you a demon?” Vincent asked, eyeing the shadow on the wall with more curiosity than fear.
“I’m your benefactor, my dear,” the voice answered. It laughed, a strange, tinny noise that grated on the ears and gave nothing away. “You’re careless, you’re sloppy, and you need someone to help you. That’s where I come in.”
Vincent wasn’t interested in sharing. And yet, with the handcuffs digging into his wrists and the mountain of evidence threatening the success he’d fought and killed for, the demon’s proposition offered a unique opportunity.
“What do you want in return?” he asked.

Alastor has been in Vox's captivity for a while now, but he still finds himself enthralled by the demon for reasons he can't explain. Add in a run in with some love potion, and Alastor is going to have a bad night. Vox has a great night though.
