Summary
Seungcheol’s waiting for the right time. Because there has to be a right time for someone as right as Mingyu. Sweet, romantic, considerate Mingyu who deserves a proposal that’s a testament to all the love and light he’s brought into Seungcheol’s life.
It’s a lot of pressure. Hence why he hasn’t done it yet.

Summary
It’s as if Kim Mingyu exists to spite Seungcheol, which Seungcheol knows isn’t true, and perhaps objectively is not a fair reason to hate the guy, but he just can’t help himself. He doesn’t have to like everyone. Especially someone who is seemingly better than him at everything, to an unrealistic point.
