I saw somewhere someone brought up an Earthspark/Transformers One continuity crossover type of thing, and I loved the concept so much that Earthspark is like a far far future of Transformers One, so I had to explore it (more specifically Bumblebee)

"So, 'Autobot'...do we have a deal?" Megatron asked with interest, waiting to see if the Minibot would take the bite at his offer. Bumblebee still wasn't sure. He couldn't die, couldn't go offline, not yet. He wanted to see his team again. He wanted payback of some sort or at least some sort of closure. No matter the cost. He didn't want to...but he had to. For now, only one thing ran through his fractured and aching processor.
Survive.

Bumblebee, the sweet spark goofball, who dreamed of being an Elite Guard. Bee can be a handful due to his obnoxious personality, his childish behavior, his procrastination, and much more. However, things take a turn for the worse as his team grows tired of his antics, resulting in an argument that could've led to better or worse. Then during the attempt to stop The Space Bridge, in the midst of the battle, Bumblebee gets kidnapped and taken.
For Stellar Cycles, Bumblebee goes through the worst. Being a prisoner, training to fight & kill, forced to move on from all he once knew and had, do as he's told, & become a Con. The only thing Bee wanted was to find value in himself, to survive, to truly see if his former team moved on in life without him.

Summary
Fiddleford grew up alone, ostracized. But that was okay, because he was going to fulfill his dreams one way or another, even if that meant threatening the president of West Coast Tech with one of his contraptions.
And it works! He gets in, and meets his strange roommate, Ford, and his strange twin brother, Stan. Through circumstance, he bonds with the two, and the three of them are closer than anything. But Fiddleford would slowly realize just who these brothers are, what their plans entail, and now he has a place in them.
(Or: An au where Stan and Ford are basically evil and Fiddleford had a different childhood that made him a bit feral from the start, but still has the ever present moral compass to take a look at his two friends evil plans and go 'woah guys lets not')

It had started with a postcard.

It had continued with a request.
“Please, stay.”
It had ended with a resolute declaration.
“Please, don’t ever think I’ll allow you to leave.”
Or, in a universe where Ford is a little more firmly under Bill’s sway—and a little more crazy because of him—he doesn’t feel betrayed and decide to hide his journals. But he does still invite Stan up. And then he makes sure Stan can never leave him again.

Summary
In retrospect, Ford should've known better than to touch an obscure futuristic artifact. On the other hand, he wouldn't have been himself if that impulse hadn't arisen.
He didn't have his journal anymore, so he could only make a mental note that one shouldn't use the device too frequently unless they want to be thrown back a decade in time. Because, as Ford realized when he woke up in his childhood room, that is exactly what would happen.
Ford had spent several years in Gravity Falls before an accident with some time traveling device happened. He woke up before the science fair and got an opportunity to prevent his project from being sabotaged and–less desirably–to see things from Stanley's perspective.
